Vice President Finance

Qian is Vice President of Finance at Tola, bringing extensive expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and liquidity management.

Before joining Tola, she served as Vice President on the portfolio administrative team at Crescent Capital Group, a private equity firm specializing in Direct Lending and Mezzanine investments. In this role, she supported portfolio managers with fund financial reporting, portfolio metrics, and credit facility management.

Prior to her tenure at Crescent, Qian was the Assistant Fund Controller at DoubleLine Capital Group, where she oversaw the valuation and financial reporting for DoubleLine’s private funds. She began her career in public accounting and has accumulated over a decade of experience across various asset management firms.

Qian holds a non-reporting CPA license in the State of Massachusetts.
